The hotel is located in Kato Stalos and is about 80 meters from the beach with direct access to it. The plot has a gentle downward slope from south to north and the buildings have been placed in 4 levels in order to be integrated as smoothly as possible into the solid land. The reception is located at the entrance level which is the closest level to the street so that it is easily accessible. From the entrance area through a large free-form staircase around an internal patio or through external pathways, one can reach the level where the bar and restaurant are located, as well as the swimming pool with pool bar. All external pathways from the various parts of the site also lead to this level. Levels 3 and 4 house mainly the hotel rooms.
