The study involves the construction of a three-story building with five furnished rental apartments in the Lentariana area , in Chania. Due to the narrow plot and limited space, all apartments were designed to be dual-aspect, featuring covered outdoor areas, semi-open spaces, and balconies, in order to enhance visual comfort and provide views both towards the Lefka Ori mountain range and the sea.
